Return & Exchange

POLICY

We offer FREE return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned item(s) must be in its original packaging, not be worn, washed and with all original tags and labels attached.

We do not accept return or exchange on panty due to hygienic purpose. 

We do not accept return/exchange on sales or promotional item(s).
Return/exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving of returned item(s).

Refund will be made for product price paid only (no refund will be made for shipping fee paid (if any)).

Customer shall pay the price difference between the new selected item(s) and exchanged item(s) if any.

No refund will be made for new selected item(s) that is priced lower than original purchased item(s).

Exchange can only be made once per order.

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

1) Drop us a message on our Instagram page with your Order# number 

OR

Log in to your account on our website, select the order you wish to return and click on "Return Request". **PLEASE INDICATE THE SIZE THAT YOU WISH TO CHANGE TO**

2) Please allow 3-5 work days for your request to be processed. You will be notified (through email/Instagram) once your request is approved.

3) Follow steps sent to you for remaining return/exchange process. Our team will arrange courier to collect the return item(s) parcel at your address.

4) After we have received the return item(s), 

for Return: Our team will process the refund within 3-5 work days once we have received the returned item(s).

for Exchange: Our team will proceed to ship the new exchange item(s) back to you within 3-5 work days once we have received the returned item(s). Kindly wait for another shipping confirmation email on the exchange item(s) parcel.
